Spanish Immersion In The Classroom

 

We, la Señora and the students, write, read, spell, count, sing and speak in the target language, Spanish, for the duration of the class. 

 

The goal is for students to live the language, authentically.  Students look to gestures, visuals, pictures and listen to comprehensible words (i.e. cognates/cognados). 

 

It is my goal to clearly explain and model the task in the target language so that each student is successful.
