Curriculum

How do students LIVE the language? 

 

During each class we will  play a game, read a story, sing a song, share information about ourselves, act, or tell stories.

 

With a focus on:

-High frequency words: the, and, it, but, up, down, have etc. etc.

-Descriptions/physical characteristics

- Body parts, food, restaurant, family, objects in the class and house, numbers, animals, colors, places

-Greetings and expressing feelings

-Numbers & the Spanish alphabet

-Direction asking and telling (commands)

-Question words

-Names and location of Spanish speaking countries
